*DLE has been proven to be commercially scalable in a number of projects worldwide. For example, Arcadium Lithium’s Fenix project in Argentina, and the Chinese projects of Jintai Lithium’s Mahai Lake project, Zangge Lithium’s Chalkhan Lake project and Lanke Lithium’s Yiliping project. Whilst the Company has been successfully operating its DLE pilot plant since Q1 2024, the Company’s proposed DLE technology has not been yet proven on a commercial scale. With DLE being relatively newly appointed to lower grade lithium brines and the fact that all brines have different chemistries there is no certainty that results from the pilot plant will be achieved in a full scale commercial plant.
